Burman's can meet all of your
diabetic medication and supply needs. We carry a variety of
monitors, test strips, lancet injectors, control solution,
and syringes.
We offer services that emphasize
our philosophy of superior patient care and providing the
most convenient means to meet patients' medical needs.
First, we offer free delivery
to our patients homes greatly increasing convenience. Second,
there is no paperwork required as we directly bill Medicare
or the insurance company and there is no waiting for reimbursement.
Third, there is no up front out
off pocket expense for qualified beneficiaries, co-payments
and deductibles apply. We also offer a friendly reminder service
to ensure an uninterrupted supply of patent's testing supplies
and medications.
Medicare requires that patients
send us a log showing thirty consecutive days of glucose test
results once every six months. To help meet this requirement,
we provide a glucose log that can be downloaded and completed.
Using the glucose
log, record up to seven tests per day. Once the log is
completed mail it to the address below or it can also be faxed.
